DELIVERY & RETURNS

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. International deliveries can delay due to customs, which is not within the power of Alprausch. For specific questions please contact our customer service, we are happy to give you more information about delivery duration to your country.

Can I return or exchange my order?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused product(s) to us within 30 days. Products bought in other onlineshops cannot be processed and have to be returned in the respective shop.

How can I make an exchange or return?
Follow the steps on our Returns site or contact our customer service.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Alprausch only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item or an item you did not order, please go to our site Returns and follow the 4 steps or contact our customer service.

Is there a charge for requesting an exchange or return?
Exchanges and returns to Alprausch are returned at your own cost – notice that articles on sale and beach- /underwear are excluded from exchange/return.

How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
All returns or exchanges must be made within 1 month of the eMail confirming shipment. We reserve the right to accept or refuse returned products which do not satisfy the requirements set out here or which are considered not to be eligible for the return service.

Can I exchange or return any item?
As long as it is in perfect condition and has all its labels on it you are free to return any article by following the steps on our Returns page. Keep the following exceptions in mind:

  • Beachwear and underwear can not be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • All articles on sale are excluded from return or exchange.
  • If you are unsure about the size of a certain article please consult one of our Shops or contact our customer service.

Products bought in other stores or onlineshops cannot be processed and have to be returned in the respective shop.


PAYMENT

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Post Finance, Paypal, Twint and Gift Card.

Why might my credit card be refused?
Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
  • You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
  • You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, the data is transmitted via SSL encryption. For payments with credit and debit cards, you are required to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the card that serves as a security measure during electronic commerce transactions.

When will I receive the refund for my return?
You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase, within approximately 10-14 days, depending on payment method and bank. We reserve the right to accept or refuse returned products which do not satisfy the requirements set out here or which are considered not to be eligible for the return service.

How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service {Contact}.
