Returns



If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused product(s) to us within 30 days. Products bought in other onlineshops cannot be processed and have to be returned in the respective shop.

This is how it works:

  1. Download our Returns PDF
  2. Please pack the article/s carefully in a parcel of your choice 
  3. Fill out this form and put it in the parcel
  4. Please send the parcel with a provider of your choice to:

Please note:

  • No returns on sale items! 
  • Beachwear and underwear are excluded from exchange due to hygiene reasons
  • Returns without this return form can not be processed 
  • We remind you that Products are returned at your own cost

We reserve the right to accept or refuse returned products which do not satisfy the requirements set out here or which are considered not to be eligible for the return service.


Damaged or faulty products

If you have to return products due to a defect or an error on our part, please contact our Customer Service department for instructions on the applicable procedure. Failure to do so means that we will be unable to refund your return delivery costs.
